A heat warning has been issued for London and all of Middlesex County and will remain in effect until Thursday morning. Hot and humid conditions are expected through Wednesday, with maximum temperatures of 29 to 34º Celsius and humidex values nearing 40.
As per Middlesex London Health Unit guidelines, Thames Valley schools will avoid intense or moderately intense physical activity outdoors during this time.
